5. Design Deliverables

• 2D drawings.
• 3D visualizations.
• BOQ and layouts.

6. Timeline

Timelines may vary due to approvals, material availability, or external factors.

7. Warranty

• 1-year workmanship warranty.
• Manufacturer warranty is applicable on branded products.

8. Force Majeure

The company is not liable for delays due to events beyond reasonable control.

9. Intellectual Property

Designs, renders, drawings, and documents remain company property until full payment.

10. Governing Law

Applicable jurisdiction: Bangalore, Chennai, or Andhra Pradesh depending on project location.
